The Coffee at Cafe LottiMalabar Gold:  Dr. Joseph John, a nuclear physicist and coffee aficionado couldn’t get a decent cup of coffee.  He discovered there was no true Italian espresso blend, so he made his own from Indian coffees and created Josuma Coffee Company. Malabar Gold is Josuma’s top of line and used in every Cafe Lotti specialty coffee drink. Linda and Johnny first tasted Malabar Gold at a coffee conference in Chicago in 2013 and were instantly hooked. He became their teacher, guru and supplier.

Nitro Brew: a cold-brewed coffee infused with nitrogen to give it a creamy, smooth stout-like taste – unlike hot coffee poured over ice, which turns bitter and watery. It also has a serious caffeine kick.
