Cafe Americano at Cafe Lotti, East Burke Vermont

Cafe Americano

A Cafe Americano is a drink of espresso diluted with hot water.

Breve

Cafe Breve is an American variation of a latte: a milk-based espresso drink using steamed half-and-half mixture of milk and cream instead of milk.

Cappuccino

Cappuccino is a double espresso and hot milk, with the surface topped with foamed milk. Don’t want your Cappuccino with milk?  Ask us to make your Cap dry…we will leave out the hot milk.

Macchiato

An espresso with a small amount of foamed milk on top.  This is a good option for those who don’t want a strong espresso but find a cappuccino too weak and milky.

Cortado

An espresso mixed with a roughly equal amount of steamed milk.
